Regardless of how bad things seem to be, and no matter how low you may feel, please remember this. The God of the happy times when you were on the mountain is the same God in your valley.
Life can be very difficult, and many around the world are in serious trouble in many ways. Sometimes it seems that most of the people we meet are having a tough time, and the words they speak are words of despair. We really need to be reminded that God is with us in those moments when it seems like we are walking through the valley of the shadow of death.
If you are in a valley today please don't stop. Keep going, and remember to pray. God is with you, and when you take time to talk to him during these tough moments you will find it to be less difficult to make it through the valley.
After awhile you will be standing tall on the mountain where you will be able to clearly see where you have been and where you are. God will see you through if you will sincerely look to him with all your heart.
